Florida AI Partners — a monthly, plain-English "here's what's working" report for every client.

Each month this service reads everything your AI services did — leads captured, review requests sent, chatbot conversations, missed calls caught — from your one client record, adds your Google Business Profile and website numbers, and turns it into a short report a busy owner actually reads. No dashboards to log into, no jargon — just results and recommendations.

Where the numbers come from

• Your client record (primary) — the shared Supabase system-of-truth every Florida AI Partners service writes to: leads, reviews activity, chatbot chats, speed-to-lead messages.
• Google Business Profile — how customers found you on Google (when connected).
• Website analytics — visitors and pages viewed (when connected).

Sources that aren't connected yet show a "connect to unlock" note — the report always renders whatever data exists, and fills in as more services come online.

Delivery

• Web dashboard: /api/report/<slug> — the client's bookmarkable page (latest report; /api/report/<slug>/2026-05 for a specific month).
• Emailed report: the same report sent to the client each month (Resend).

How it runs

Reports are generated monthly via an authenticated POST /api/generate (the hub's scheduler, or npm run generate). The summary is written by Claude, grounded strictly in the month's real numbers. See SETUP.md to provision and schedule it.
